Version 1.0.0 Release Overview
Version 1.0.0 focuses on the initial live release of four key integrations within LRA. These integrations establish the foundational interoperability scope for the platform and reflect a mix of LRA-authored artifacts and referenced source-system implementation guides.
Client Registry Integration
Introduces the Client Registry capability within LRA, supporting key patient data management functions such as search, create, update, and merge. This integration is documented through the relevant LRA pages and profiles to describe how client registry data is managed and exchanged within the platform.Provider Location Registry (PLR) Integration
Supports access to Practitioner, Organization, and Location information through PLR-specific operations. This integration follows a pass-through approach, where LRA references and aligns to the source PLR specifications rather than redefining the artifacts within LRA.MSP Eligibility Integration
Delivers access to eligibility information sourced from HIBC through the CoverageEligibilityResponse profile. This is the one integration in Version 1.0.0 where the profiles are specifically created and maintained within the LRA implementation guide, as the eligibility content is not being provided through the other provincial registry packages.Immunization Integration
Enables access to immunization-related information through the Panorama Immunizatoin Registry (PIR). For this integration, LRA references the established PIR implementation guide and packaging rather than creating new LRA-specific immunization profiles.Referenced Source IGs and Packaging
For PLR, Client Registry, and Immunization, LRA leverages and references the source system implementation guides and packaging as part of its integration approach. This helps preserve alignment with the source systems while avoiding unnecessary duplication of artifacts in the LRA guide.
MSP Eligibility is the exception, where LRA defines its own profiles to support that integration.Client Onboarding Page
Outlines the onboarding process for new clients, from initial engagement through technical integration with LRA.Conformance Page
Defines the conformance expectations for implementers, including Must Support guidance and LRA server capability statements to support interoperability.General Principles & Design Page
Describes the core architectural and design principles that guide LRA implementation and integration patterns.
