A human identifier for this person. Although related people can be idenified usong NHS Numbers third party NHS number are no normally used in patient records, for this reason the use of this identifiers for related people dependant on the use case.

`active`

Whether this related person's record is in active use.

`patient`

The patient this person is related to profiled as a reference to Profile UKCore-Patient.

`relationship`

The nature of the relationship using a code from ValueSet UKCorePersonRelationshipType

`name`

A name associated with the person using HumanName data type.

`telecom`

A contact detail for the person using the ContactPoint data type.

`gender`

Administrative Gender - the gender that the related person is considered to have for administration and record keeping purposes.
