Issues to be fixed in the next release

The following errors will be fixed within the next release. These can be ignored.

Ongoing issues that are due to AWS HealthLake. These can be ignored.

Potentially incorrect Issues

The following error is stating that the resource cannot match the relevant profile as not all rules have been met. The following error MAY be due to the Composition.extension errors above, which causes the additional error statement due to the Resource instance not been successfully validated aginast the profile. Once we have fixed the errors above in AWS this error will also be fixed.

https://validator.fhir.org/ Issues

observation interpretation (The filter "H = true" is not understood or supported)

The server is not able to connect to the appropriate terminology system. This is an issue with HL7 and does not affect PDM

SNOMED SCT codes not being recognised (Unknown code [code] in the CodeSystem 'http://snomed.info/sct')

The server is not able to connect to the NHS terminology system, and therefore cannot validate the code. This does not mean the code is incorrect.
