Clinical and Technical Assurance Sprint 1 Documentation Pack
Purpose
The purpose of this pack is to provide guidance documentation for stakeholders involved in the NHS England Implementation Guide Clinical and Technical Assurance (C&TA) process. The audiences for this documentation are internal NHS England programmes, external stakeholders and implementation sites using FHIR specifications. It is assumed that the reader has a basic understanding of HL7 FHIR (R4 version).
Pack Structure
This pack contains the guidance and reference material required to participate in the C&TA process. The content of the NHS England IG Implementation Guide to be reviewed is contained in the NHS England IG Implementation Guide STU1. Items are indexed by C&TA Sprints and the scope of this sprint is items marked accordingly.
Background
This sprint involves creating a review pack for consultation, including a first draft of mapping by the NHS England IG Development team, which is published to the NHS England Programmes stakeholders for a review period of 7 working days, and subsequently followed by a consolidation call.
Documentation is available online for the Clinical and Technical Assurance process. The documentation will give background information to allow the reader to take part in the C&TA process.
