PatientSearchRequest

The PatientSearchRequest is a POST message that will use the FHIR® Patient Match operation.

Patient Match	POST [base]/Patient/$match	Retrieves the patient match information using the included patient demographics.

The FHIR Patient Match operation is used to perform a search for a patient in Interconnect.

FHIR Resource Hierarchy		Cardinality/Description
Parameters		Input to a Patient Match is a Parameters resource.
	Patient	Once fully populated Patient resource is the primary parameter sent in a Patient Match request.
