Use case 1:

• No FHIR exchange paradigm is specified yet. The content of the message body needs to conform to the respective FHIR profiles.

Use case 1 as a FHIR transaction:

• CapabilityStatement that defines the minimal expected capabilities of a client
• CapabilityStatement that defines the minimal expected capabilities of a server
