De Disease Activity Score (DAS) is een gecombineerde index die rond 1990 in Nijmegen is ontwikkeld om de ziekteactiviteit bij patiënten met reumatoïde artritis (RA) te meten. Het betreft een formule met 28 of 44 pijnlijke en gezwollen gewrichten, een bloedwaarde voor ontsteking (BSE of CRP) en de globale beleving van ziekteactiviteit door de patiënt.
