The table below identifies the assessment forms and their corresponding authoritative sources.

For the listed interRAI assessment forms, compliance with the applicable requirements defined by the authoritative source is required before data can be contributed to IAR Clinical Data Repository (CDR). Implementers submitting assessment data are expected to follow the relevant specifications and standards identified by the authoritative source. Systems that do not meet these requirements are not considered ready to contribute data to IAR CDR.
