Global base URIs
DHDR may return out-of-province practitioner identifiers using a set of URIs with naming convention below.

Note 1: Possible provider type values are "physician", "dentist", "pharmacist", "nurse", "midwife", "naturopath", "optometrist", "chiropodist"
Note 2: Canadian province codes will use lower case: “bc”, “ab”, “sk”, “qc”, “nb”, “ns”, “pe”, “nl”, “yt”, “nt”, “nu”, and “mb”
