Global base URIs
DHDR may return out-of-province practitioner identifiers using a set of URIs with naming convention below.

Note 1: Canadian province codes will use lower case: “bc”, “ab”, “sk”, “qc”, “nb”, “ns”, “pe”, “nl”, “yt”, “nt”, “nu”, and “mb”
Note 2: DHDR will return https://fhir.infoway-inforoute.ca/NamingSystem/ca-out-of-province-prescriber for HNS data
