PlantUML Pathology

The EU-Lab is very similar to the UK Core-lab process apart from the inclusion of an Composition Instance. This is required whether using a bundle, to send via MESH, or without in the case of REST API. This keeps the process and search terms the same whether using REST or messaging and would be useful to incorporate now to future proof the system.
