TERMS OF USE
Terms of Use is the terms a user must agree to before they can create or submit a request.
- Each Program Area defines their own text for each type of terms of use policy/contract
- needs to be able to store 4000 characters
- there are 4 types
- General terms of use, a user needs to agree to before they can fill out a request
- Submitting terms of use, a user needs to agree to before submitting a request
- Team Maintenance terms of use, a user needs to agree to before changing a user's role. There is a different terms of use for each Role
- Delegeate terms of Use
- Designate terms of Use

TERMS OF USE CONSENT
Terms of Use Agreement captures the fact a FlexForm User agreed to the Terms of Use for a Program Area.
- refers to a specific version of a Terms of Use contract/policy
- records role the person was acting in at the time
- records the date and time of the agreement
- a general TOU agreement is required before a user can start a request
- a submission TUO agreement is required before a user can submit a request
- Related resources will have a link to terms of use consent
- the FlexForm Role will can have a link to the General TUO.
- the FlexForm Role will can have a link to a Team Maintence TUO. This is for Delegate and Designate roles and is the consent that was agreed to when this role was created/updated.
- the Request can have a link to the Submitting TOU.
