Summary
Hospital user manually enters cardiac data to CorHealth using a Web app
Pre-Conditions
User has access to patient's cardiac data
Primary Flow
The FHIR server gets data from the Web app, converts these into FHIR resources in compliance with this IG and stores these FHIR respurces in the FHIR repository
Post-Conditions
FHIR resources are available in the FHIR repository

CorHealth Data Source (e.g. HIS)
Summary
Hospital information system submits patients' cardiac data to CorHealth as HL7v2 mesages
Pre-Conditions
Hospital information system collects patients' cardiac data
Primary Flow
The FHIR server gets HL7v2 messages from the HIS submission, converts these into FHIR resources in compliance with the mapping rules documented in this IG and stores these FHIR respurces in the FHIR repository
Post-Conditions
FHIR resources are available in the FHIR repository

CorHealth Data Reporting/Analytics
Summary
CorHealth Data Reporting/Analytics application queries the main CorHealth DiagnosticReport and other FHIR resources to create data analysis reports
Pre-Conditions
FHIR resources are available in the FHIR repository
Primary Flow
The FHIR server gets the GET request with search parameters and returns a Bundle with the requested FHIR resurces
