HdBe-Procedure | Le concept de Procédure décrit les procédures thérapeutiques ou diagnostiques subies par le patient ou que le patient va subir. Le concept peut décrire dans le bon contexte les procédures historiques, futures, ainsi que conseillées.Une procédure peut être une simple mesure de la tension artérielle, mais aussi une chirurgie cardiaque complexe.Dans certains contextes de soins, le terme de traitement est utilisé au lieu du terme de procédure. PurposeUne procédure est effectuée ou planifiée dans le cadre d'une politique planifiée ou pour obtenir des informations supplémentaires dans le processus de diagnostic. Les procédures sont documentées pour bien comprendre le traitement d'un patient. En outre, les procédures sont documentées à des fins administratives, notamment pour la facturation et la mesure de la charge de travail, la recherche scientifique et/ou l'enseignement. | active |
