Condition
Esste recurso sirve para representar una condición clínica, problema, diagnóstico u otro evento, situación, problema o concepto clínico que se ha elevado a un nivel de preocupación.
Para ser Utilizado no debe contener información que conlleve a un posterior diagnostico, pueda generar otro recurso condition, sino que debe contener el diagnostico ya desarrollado.
