Narrative SHALL contain the following information taken from the elements of the resource instance:
- Title: <CarePlan.title>
- Status: <CarePlan.status>
- Period: <CarePlan.period>
- Category: <CarePlan.category>
- Description: <CarePlan.description>
Narrative SHOULD contain the following optional information when it is given in the resource instance:
- Contained Goal: <Goal.description>
