##  Mortician

**Mortician** is a profile of the [FHIR STU3 Practitioner](http://www.hl7.org/fhir/practitioner.html) resource. It is used to convey identifying information – name, identifier, and qualification – of the person responsible for disposition of the decedent’s bodily remains. Typically, the Director of a funeral home.
