##  Interested Party

**Interested Party** is a profile of the [FHIR STU3 Organization](http://www.hl7.org/fhir/organization.html) resource. It is used to convey identifying information – name, identifier, postal address - about secondary user of the death certificate document that is a identifier assigning authority for a {{pagelink: DeathCertificateReference }}.
