  "description": "**Concept**\nDrugs (or: narcotics, amphetamines, intoxicants, highs, hallucinogenics, illegal substances or dope) is a collective term for drugs and chemical substances with a more or less ‘drugging' (anesthetic, boosting and/or hallucinogenic) effect and which can lead to addiction.
