Lists the options for recording the a new primary cancer or a residual cancer, if known.

This value set has an inline code system http://hl7.org/fhir/nehta-new-cancer-or-recurrence, which defines the following codes:

new-primary	New primary	The cancer is a new primary cancer.
regional_recurrence	Regional (local) recurrence	The cancer is a regional (local) recurrence.
distant_metastases	Distant metastases	The cancer is a distant metastases.
indeterminate	Indeterminate	The cancer is indeterminate.
