no-basis-Substance is the basic profile for communicating Allergy intoleeance identifed for a patient. Defined by The Norwegian Directorate of eHealth and HL7 Norway. Desrcribes  homogeneous material with a definite composition. The profile is adapted to use FEST information for coding the substance.
