## Sending a local language translation

Where a supplier wants to send the local language translation with a description or text field, they can use the HL7 Core-defined Extension <a href="https://hl7.org/fhir/R4/extension-translation.html" class="external">translation</a>. 

The example below demonstrates how a translation SHOULD be sent.
