Introduction
This IG defines the FHIR R4 profiles that SmartAL MHR sends to Glintt's FHIR server (https://mozy.glinttlab.com/altice/fhir/R4).

Sync Architecture
All resources are sent to Glintt as FHIR transaction Bundles with Bundle.identifier for async callback correlation.
- Group A (administrative): Patient, Practitioner, Organization synced individually.
- Group B (clinical): Observations sent as transaction Bundles. Media and Device are stripped before sending.
Group A completes before Group B (Observation subject enriched with Glintt viewer ID).
