LPR FHIR Implementation Guide
The Longitudinal Patient Record documents the data journey of a patient and unifies all types of clinical data. It also helps us examine patients individually, as groups or entire populations. This allows you to fast forward through data, rewind data and zoom in or out. As a result, you'll be able to learn from collective experiences, and apply learnings in near-real time while a patient is physically moving through our hospitals.
The LPR includes clinical data from the Epic EHR further complimented by data from other areas of the Advanced Data Lake including:
