Pan-Canadian Health Concern Value Set contains 10,800+ specific diagnostic SNOMED CT CA terms that are mapped to ICD-10-CA, ICD-9 (to support physician billing in Canada) and the Canadian Emergency Department Diagnosis Shortlist (CED-DxS).The Pan-Canadian Health Concern Value Set with ICD maps can be accessed through CIHI’s eStore for this product. Most Canadian health care facilities have access at no additional charge through a Core Plan subscription with CIHI or through a bilateral agreement between CIHI and the respective ministry of health. In addition, CIHI offers a number of products and services, at no additional charge, to regional health authorities (or similar organizations) and ministries of health for jurisdictions covered by a bilateral agreement. This resource is an informative value set; a normative subset containing the expanded values can be found on Canada Health Infoway's Terminology Server.
