Introduction

• Read the FHIR "mustSupport" conformance rule: http://www.hl7.org/fhir/conformance-rules.html#mustSupport.

• Read the logical ID definition (https://www.hl7.org/fhir/resource.html#id) and the "Business" Identifiers definition (https://www.hl7.org/fhir/resource.html#identifiers).

Technical Specification

• This guide defines constraints applied on the FHIR base specification.

• All entities handled by this API are also modified by Akinox systems not related to the FHIR API.

• Ressources are currently aligned with release R4B of FHIR : http://hl7.org/fhir/R4B/index.html

• The version id of all entities is related to events triggered inside of Akinox system indenpendly of FHIR. For that reason the version id is incremented more then one time on some FHIR API calls.
