Logotips

Katra laboratorija publicē pārstāvēto iestāžu logotipus, lai nodrošinātu iespēju atspoguļot logotipus lietotāju saskarnēs testēšanas pārskatu formās.

Publicējot testēšanas pārskatu, tiek norādīta reference uz ĀI logotipu un LATAK logotipu, ja pēc standarta LATAK logo ir ievietojams rezultātu pārskatā.

Logotipa publicēšana ir nepieciešama, lai nopublicētu rezultātu pārskatu.

LATAK logotipa publicēšanu veic katra laboratorija atsevišķi.

Rezultātu pārskata publicēšanas secība:

  1. Logotips (vienreiz publicējams)
  2. Izmeklējumu pieprasījums (papīra vai pacienta iniciēts)
  3. Paraugs
  4. Testēšanas pārskats sākotnējā versija (ĀP tas dod iespēju uzzināt, ka pacients ir vērsies laboratorijā)
  5. Izmeklējumi
  6. Testēšanas pārskata papildināšana (atjaunošana) ar referencēm uz izmeklējumiem un atbilstoša statusa piešķiršana testēšanas pārskatam
    • ja ir ietvērti nepabeigto izmeklējumu rezultāti, - Nepabeigts;
    • ja ir ietvērti pabeigto izmeklējumu rezultāti, bet ne visi, - Starpposma
    • ja ir ietvērti visi izmeklējumi, kuri bija plānoti, un tie visi ir arī pabeigti, - Pabeigts.
  • Piemērs, kad tiek iesniegts nepabeigts rezultāts, ir mikrobiloģijas uzsējumu atradnes uzreiz pēc konstatēšanas, negaidot pilna izmeklējumu cikla beigas.

Izmeklējumu publicēšanas un rezultātu pārskata atjaunošana notiek līdz visi izmeklējumi ir nopublicēti un testēšanas pārskats ir nopublicēts statusā Pabeigts.

Ja kaut kādi iemeslu dēļ neviens no plānotajiem izmeklējumiem nevarēja tikt veikts vai pabeigts, testēšanas pārskats tiek atjaunots ar statusu Atcelts.

Ja rezultātu pārskats tika nopublicēts kļūdaini, piemēram, nekorektam pacientam, tas tiek atjaunots ar statusu Kļūdains. Labot pacientu nopublicētajā testēšanas pārskatā nav atļauts.

Rezultātu pārskatiem ir paredzēts arī statuss Dzēsts, bet tas nav pieejams laboratorijām. Statuss ir paredzēts pārraudzības iestāžu darbiniekiem rezultātu pārskata visa satura Dzēšanai gadījumos, kad to pieprasa tiesībsargajošās institūcijas vai gadījumos, kad atbildīga institūcija ir beigusi savu darbību, bet pilnvarota institūcija ir secinājusi, ka dati ir kļūdaini.
