Provider Professions

A user's qualifications help determine what they are authorizied to do in the system. Different systems have different qualification codes, for this project we are going to use the codes defined by eHealth Ontario's Provincial Provider Registry Project. The values we will be using will match the following valueSet :Health Care Provider Type

Currently we are getting our data from CPDB and EAP, the table below shows how those codes will be converted.
