RTE_REQUEST_VIEW_ALL (Request History View)

This view contains the all versions of the requests.

Column	Description
Request ID	Primary Key (Generated GUID)
Request Version	The Version of the Request. Each modification to a Request automatically increments the version.
Program Area	The Program Area of the Requestor Role.
Current Record	Indicates whether this is latest version of a Request. 1 = Yes, 0 = No it's historical record
Based On Request ID	If this is a child request (a request for additional information) then this will be a reference to the parent request
Completed DateTime	When the Client System marked this Request as complete
Questionnaire Code	The code for the questionnaire that was completed by the user
Client Request Status	A status the client has assigned to this request. This could be anything, there are no restrictions
Client Detail One	Some information the client wants associated with this request
Client Detail Two	Some information the client wants associated with this request
Created DateTime	The date and time(EST) the request was created.
Created Role ID	Foriegn Key to the Practitioner Role View
Last Updated DateTime	The date and time(EST) the request was last updated.
Last Updated Role ID	Foriegn Key to the Practitioner Role View
Submitted DateTime	The date and time(EST) the request was submitted.
Submitted User Role ID	Foriegn Key to the Practitioner Role View
