TrustcenterBundle
The resource TrustcenterBundle is a modified resource of the profile Bundle and is used as a profile to store and bundle all data and trustcenter profiles concerning a patient. It consists of the elements identifier, type, link and entry. If a summary is requested with the command summary=true
, all these elements are displayed.
Properties and constraints
The attribute identifier of type Identifier can be specified at most once and identifies the whole bundle.
type specifies the purpose of the bundle. For this purpose, one must select from the value set bundle-type. It must also be present exactly once.
The attribute link can be used to provide multiple links that are useful for the context of the bundle. This is an element of the type BackboneElement (complex data type, which is only defined in more detail in the resource).
Now, via the attribute entry of type BackboneElement the exact profiles can be deposited, which are to be summarized in the bundle. It is possible to create a resource as an entry with the help of the attributes link, fullUrI, resource, search, *request *and response or to fall back on one of the predefined specializations, which refer to the trustcenter profiles mentioned in this guide.
The entry patientEntry must always be specified at least once, as soon as an entry is defined at all, and is marked as must support, so the later implementation should be able to process it meaningfully. The reason for this is that a bundle should serve as a kind of digital patient record in which all information is stored. Apart from the resource itself, which must be stored exactly once under resource, the URI of this can be stored under fullUrI of type uri and various links, which are connected with the entry, under the attribute link.
The attributes request and response of type BackboneElement are used as additional information about how the respective entry should be and was processed and can be specified at most once.
