Ambulance Data Set (ADS) MVP data item mapping to FHIR profiles

This mapping table defines the FHIR elements that SHALL be used to encode the ADS Specification data items for each ADS FHIR Bundle.

The ADS data items are fulfilled by FHIR elements as below:
