### Finnish PHR Peak Expiratory Flow (PEF) profile

Finnish PHR profile for FHIR® Observation used in maximum expiratory gas flow respiratory system airway measurement made by peak flow meter (PEF). The profile is based on the  [Finnish PHR Vital Signs Base profile](VitalSignsBaseProfile "Finnish PHR Vital Signs Base profile").

**The Finnish PHR Peak Expiratory Flow Profile constrains the Finnish PHR Vital Signs Base Profile as follows**:

- *Observation.code*: 
    - *Coding.code* fixed to value 19935-6 (Observation of Peak Expiratory Flow), only fixed value SHALL be used
- *Observation.valueQuantity*: 
    - *system* fixed to value http://unitsofmeasure.org, set to mandatory
    - *unit* fixed to value L/min, only fixed value SHALL be used, set to mandatory
    - *code* fixed to value L/min, only fixed value SHALL be used, set to mandatory 
    - *value* set to mandatory
- *Observation.component*: removed, not needed
