## Finnish PHR Active Symptoms extension

The Finnish PHR Active Symptos extension extends FHIR® [Observation](http://hl7.org/fhir/observation.html "Observation") resource with boolean information are there any active symptoms during the measurement. If there are symptons, boolean is set to value true.
