Once a result has been read and stored locally, it must be acknowledged by confirming its

### Impact on resources
When a result read is confirmed, the status of the Communication object will change from "in-progress" to "completed"

## Input
**For Security reason, URL (Base and Query parameter), Authentification mechanism are supplied privately documentation supplied by Agence eSanté to each integrator**

To acknowledged a result, each 'Communication' resource has to be confirmed. For 
In order to do that, a ´Parameters´ resource is supply as parameter with a list of ´Communication´ identifiers.

The body of this request has the following structure:

Once a result is confirmed, it's not readable anymore through the "Read result (ERESULT-30)" service.

## Output
### Success or partial success
As this service offer batch confirmation, the result is a Bundle of transaction response.
In some case, in the same response some Communication confirmation may be accepted and other may be rejected.

In this case, the API will return:
- A HTTP Code 200
- a Bundle with type transaction-response.

Each entry of the Bundle contain a 'response' containing itself a:
- A status which is
-- "200 OK" if the Communication confirmation has been accepted
-- non 2xx code (ie. 500) if the Communication confirmation has been rejected
- Location (Id of the confirmed Communication ressource. ie: "Communication/1f148a7e-f9c7-4178-8541-bab379087181/_history/1"
- An OperationOutcome indicating that: 
-- Confirmation is successfull (if status=200)
-- Confirmation has failed (if status != 2xx )

### Error
Except security errors or a totally invalid structure, this service doesn't return any global error
