Film Comment : Red cells are mildly macrocytic with occasional target
               cells. Mild neutrophilia.
Conclusion: Common causes of macrocytosis include liver disease,
            B12/folate deficiency, and certain drugs including
            chemotherapy. Suggest liver function tests, serum
            B12/folate levels, and review drug history if cause not
            already known.
