Film Comment : Marked hypochromic, microcytic anaemia with some elongated
               cells and occasional acanthocytes. Occasional
               hypersegmented neutrophils seen. Platelets appear normal.
Conclusion: Suggestive of iron deficiency anaemia. Suggest correlation
            with iron studies.
