Film Comment : Red cells show moderate anisocytosis, some stomatocytes
               and increased rouleaux. Unremarkable leucocytes and
               platelets.
Conclusion: Please note fall in haemoglobin since the previous
            examination. Suggest repeat FBE to confirm results.
