This profile is part of the FHIR DSTU2 (Release 2) Consent-as-Contract implementation guide and it used to specify protected data types/categories referenced by a Contract resources that conform to the Consent-as-Contract profile (URL: http://hl7.org/fhir/us/core/StructureDefinition/consent-as-contract). The List can specify whether the items should be permitted or denied from disclosure. By default, the list identifies the sensitive data permitted by the consent. The items listed are supposed to be Basic resources that conform to profile:http://hl7.org/fhir/us/core/StructureDefinition/consent-as-contract-consent-item.
